DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping carrier
Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
* We are afraid that you are not be able to choose a courier company.

Designated time / day delivery
If you want to specify the delivery date, please select from “desired delivery date” at the time of purchase procedure.
You can specify the delivery time when ordering
Unless otherwise specified, we will arrange for the fastest delivery day.

Please specify from the following.
- In the morning (8:00 to 12:00)
- From 12:00 to 14:00
- From 14:00 to 16:00
- From 16:00 to 18:00
- From 18:00 to 20:00
- From 19:00 to 21:00

A specify delivery time service is for packages addressed to customers at private residence.
Please note that a specify delivery time service cannot be used when delivering packages addressed to corporations.
In some areas, a specify delivery time service is not available. In that case, please note that we will not be able to meet your request even if you specify it when ordering. (You can choose delivery date).
It may take longer than usual to reach Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, other remote islands and remote areas.
If you are not in your house on the delivery date, Sagawa express will leave a delivery notice and bring the item back.

Shipping fee / Cash on delivery fee

The shipping fee for each order is 660 yen (tax included) throughout all of Japan.
If you use cash on delivery, you will be charged 550 yen (tax included).

Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges

Cancellations
In principle, we do not accept cancellation of your order unless the item cannot be delivered within 5 days of shipping.

Returns / Exchanges
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the following accidents occur during delivery, we will handle returns and exchanges at our expense.
- If the product is damaged or soiled
- If an incorrect items from your order is delivered
For the above reasons, if you wish to return or exchange the item, please contact the following within 8 days after the item arrives.
We will contact you by E-mail or phone to the contact information registered at the time of order.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please keep the product in the original packaging.
However, if the item cannot be exchanged due to sold out, the product price and shipping fee will be refunded. In addition, we will refund the cash on delivery fee for customers who settled by cash on delivery.

We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customers’ personal preferences.
Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- Items 8 days after arrival
- Products used by the customer
- Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products processed and repaired by the customer
- If accessories such as product boxes, tags, and manuals are soiled, damaged, or lost

All the products handled in our shop have cleared the quality standards of the manufacturer and also meet the inspection standards of domestic authorized distributors.
Please note that small scratches, dents, and darkening of the material that are unavoidably generated during manufacturing are not defective and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Membership agreement

Article.1 Scope of application and changes of this agreement
1. This agreement shall apply to all customers as defined in Article 3.
2. GMT Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) may add, delete or change the contents of this agreement to the customer without notice.
3. All customers shall confirm the contents of this agreement when using the service specified in Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as “this service”), and our company agrees to this agreement with the members who are using this service.

Article.2 Services provided
1. The services provided by our company shall be the services listed in the following items.
1. Goods sales service
2. Information service
3. Various services that we will provide in the future
2. Our Company shall be able to add, delete and change the contents of the services specified in each item of the preceding paragraph.

Article.3 Customer Definition
“Customer” means the person who has registered as a customer at our company among the “customers” defined in Article 3 of the “Terms of Service”.

Article.4 Customer registration
1. Customer registration shall be performed by the method specified by us on our web page.
2. Customer shall not register multiple times for no reason.
3. The customer shall be able to register only the correct personal information of the customer himself/herself, and may not register any false information, third party information, non-existent information, etc., regardless of part or all of the registered information.

Article.5 Management of registration information
1. If the registered personal information is changed, the customer shall change the registered information without delay by the method specified by our company.
2. The customer shall manage the registered E-mail address and password at his / her own risk.
3. The customer shall not lend, transfer, share, change the name, buy or sell, mortgage, etc. the registered -mail address and password to a third party, and shall not disclose the password to the third party.
4. The customer shall be liable for damages caused by insufficient management of registered E-mail address and password, mistake in use, use by a third party, etc., and unless exemption is not permitted by law, GMT Inc does not take any responsibility.
5. If the customer finds that the registered E-mail address and password have been used illegally by a third party, he / she shall immediately contact us and if there is an instruction from us, follow it.
6. Customers who wish to change their customer ID and password shall make the change on our web page by the method specified by us.
7. Customers who wish to cancel or delete their registration shall contact us to that effect, confirm their identity, and then cancel or delete them according to our procedures. After cancellation or deletion, the services provided before that will be invalidated, and even if you re-register as a customer after that, we will treat the registration as a new customer registration.
8. The Company shall handle the personal information of customers based on the “Privacy Policy” separately established.

Article.6 Prohibitions
The customer shall not perform the acts specified in the following.
1. Actions that violate or may violate these Terms and “Terms of Use”.
2. Acts that use or may use the registered E-mail address and password of any third party with or without permission from any third party.
3. Other acts that our company deems inappropriate.

Article.7 Cancellations / Changes of registration
In the following cases, our company shall be able to cancel the customer registration or change part or all of the registration information without obtaining the prior approval of the customer.
1. If the customer violates Article 6.
2. If the information registered by the customer is incorrect.
3. In addition, when we determine that it is necessary to cancel the customer registration or change part or all of the registration information.

Article.8 Other disclaimers
1. Our company may freely change, delete or add the structure, contents, web pages, etc. of the website related to customer registration. We are not obligated to return to the state before it was changed, deleted or added at the request of the customer. The same applies to all EC systems such as programs and databases.
2.Customers should prepare and install computer equipment and communication equipment necessary to use this service, telephone / fax fee required to use this service, internet access fee, line usage fee, personal expense and bear other cost, etc.
3. If the personal information is lost or becomes unreadable due to a failure or trouble of our computer equipment or communication equipment for providing this service, or a communication line failure, etc., GMT Inc. may unconditionally and immediately cancel customer registration or suspend the service without prior notice.
4. If a customer causes damage to another customer or any third party by using this service, the customer will resolve it at his / her own risk and expense.
The customer shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to our company.
5. Our Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the customer’s failure to use this service.
6. Our Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, disadvantages, etc. incurred in connection with the use of this service under any circumstances, regardless of the claim cause of under law.
7. Our Company shall be exempted from liability by processing the business according to the contents registered by the customer or communicated to the company.

Article.9 Others
1. The establishment, effect, performance and interpretation of this agreement is under Japanese law.
2. If a problem that cannot be solved by this agreement arises regarding the use of this service, the customer and our company shall discuss in good faith and resolve it.
3. If legal proceedings are required regarding the use of this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of the first instance regardless of the amount

Privacy policy

Purpose of use of personal information by GMT Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”)
We will use the personal information collected on this site for the following purposes. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes of use, except when permitted by law and with the prior consent of the individual.

1. To provide the services requested by the customer, such as delivery of ordered products and delivery of E-mail newsletters.

Defective product
●In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, has a different size, or is defective, we will bear the shipping cost and replace it as soon as possible. Please contact us within 3 days after the item arrives. Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if you do not contact us within 3 days.
*Please return by COD within 7 days after contacting our shop.

●If it takes time to deliver the product due to out of stock of the replacement product, or if delivery is not possible, we will contact you.

●Damage / dirt that occurs when used outside, caused after the product arrives, small scratches / dirt / color shading that occur during the manufacturing process, and dents and distortions of the outer box that occur during the transportation are not applicable to defective products.

Returns and Exchanges
●Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after the item arrives, and then return it to the following address according to the procedure in the guide.
●After confirming the arrival of the returned product at our shop, we will ship the replacement product. If it takes time to deliver due to out of stock of the product, or if delivery is not possible, we will contact you.

Returns and Exchanges
We will bear the cost of returning or exchanging due to defects in our shop.
In case of return due to customer convenience, customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
If you pay by credit card, we will refund according to the refund method of the card company.
